Location: Lakewood, CO, USA

Our Lakewood call center is looking to fill an immediate opening for a medical insurance follow-up representative. The insurance follow-up representative essential duties will be Commercial, Managed Care, and Medicaid insurance billing, and insurance claim follow-up resulting in resolution and payment.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must have medical insurance follow-up experience
Must have appeals experience
Possess excellent phone and customer service skills and abilities
Able to communicate effectively
Organized
Dependable
Resourceful
Accurate and thorough in performing work assignments.
Able to identify, analyze and solve problem
Work well independently as well as with a team
Meet the established goals for contacts and collections

Bilingual skills a plus but not required.
