Currently we are looking for a top performing Restaurant Supervisor. This position is responsible for overseeing the restaurant functions, including supervision of the staff. This is accomplished by being present in each area and ensuring all steps of service are being met and each guest receives the best dining and/or beverage experience.

Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:
- Makes self-available to all staff and guests when needed
- Assists in ordering all supplies and equipment
- Assists with all EOM inventories
- Assists Restaurant Manager with scheduling of staff
- Oversees all reservations
- Assists with table checks
- Ensures cleanliness of all department areas
- Builds unity and teamwork between AM and PM shifts
- Assists with counseling of associates
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years hotel restaurant supervisory experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills, manages time well, correctly prioritizes and is flexible
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
- Team player
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
