blueStone has been retained by a large, multi billion dollar Manufacturing Organization, a leader in their vertical - globally, to search for a Team Lead - Technical Services.
As the Team Lead - Technical Services/Infrastructure, you will be responsible for providing the overall direction and leadership to the Technical Services department, including the management of corporate
technical infrastructure. The Team Lead will manage and have a "hands on" approach to maintaining an effective, agile,reliable, and technical infrastructure. The Team Lead - Infrastructure is responsible for
driving new strategies into tactical plans. The Team Lead will act as a technical advisor, addressing challenges of systems integration, compatibility and multi-platform integration efforts. The Team Lead will also provide technical sponsorship, guidance and leadership for delivery and implementation of multiple large projects; mentor and direct the technology and business staff assigned to these projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field 7-10 years of experience in a related field
- 2-4 years experience managing an infrastructure team, including responsibility for training, supervising, and evaluating staff
- Experience working with Cisco technology including Routers / WAN, Switches / LAN , Firewalls,wireless and VPN technology.
- Experience with Solarwinds, CItrix , DIsaster Recovery, Internet Connectivity Strategies, DNS
