Global Technology Manager - Non-Ferrous Metals

What you will enjoy doing*
  • In this role, you will commercialize and manage Product Service Offers (PSOs) for Non-ferrous Metals as part of the Global Metals & Glass Commercialization team
  • Further, you will lead global launch, replication, and business development of PSOs in Non-ferrous Metals industries
  • Own product management of a PSO portfolio and coordinate commercialization across regions and functions
  • Collaborate closely with customers, R&D, Business Development, and Regional Business Units (RBUs)
  • Also, you will support RBUs through customer installations, field demonstrations, training, seminars, and proposal development

What makes you great
  • You have a Master's degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering (or similar) with 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong background in Non-ferrous Metals industries (e.g., aluminum, copper, zinc) and pyrometallurgical processes is required in this role
  • Proven success commercializing new technologies; strong fundamentals in process design, combustion, and reaction engineering
  • You are independent, results-driven professional with experience in B2B sales, marketing, and project execution
  • International mindset with willingness to travel (~50 days/year); industrial gases experience and languages are a plus
