Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage IT operations across the US region. This role will act as the regional IT leader, responsible for business applications, infrastructure, and service delivery, while managing a team of 3 professionals across Business Applications, Infrastructure, and IT Service Desk.
The IT Manager, based in Fremont California, will report directly to the Corporate VP of IT and will serve as the key IT partner for business stakeholders in the US.
Pay Range: $160,000- $200,000 Annually (DOE)

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the regional IT team, including:
  • Business applications analyst
  • Infrastructure specialist
  • IT service desk technician
  • Own IT service delivery and support across all US sites.
  • Lead the implementation of IT business applications and IT infrastructure in collaboration with the corporate IT organization.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand needs, define requirements, and translate them into IT solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with global IT teams to align regional needs with global strategy and policies and standards.
  • Perform system analysis activities, including requirements gathering, and process mapping.
  • Manage implementation, enhancement, and hands on support of business applications.
  • Support business with Oracle Fusion implementation.
  • Ensure high-quality IT support, infrastructure stability, and user satisfaction.
  • Manage vendors, service providers, and external implementation partners.
  • Ensure compliance with global IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor IT performance, identify risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the main escalation point for IT issues across the US region

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager, Regional IT Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong experience in systems analysis, including business requirements, process design, and solution implementation.
  • Hands-on experience leading IT projects and system implementations.
  • Experience managing IT service delivery, infrastructure, and business applications.
  • Experience managing or working closely with Service Desk / Help Desk teams.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion, strong financial knowledge - an advantage
  • Ability to manage a small multidisciplinary IT team.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently.
  • Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, high-tech, or global industrial environments.
