  • Serve as a subject matter resource for the meetings technology platform, currently Groupize, including day-to-day support, issue resolution, and process guidance
  • Partner with client administrators and sourcing teams to understand how they use the system today and recommend improvements
  • Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation to support program users and promote best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes, and drive efficiencies across meetings operations
  • Review, negotiate, and support meeting and event contracts, with a strong understanding of risk, supplier terms, and business requirements
  • Support venue sourcing and supplier engagement as needed
  • Analyze multiple reports and data sources to deliver clear, relevant business insights and program recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and time zones to keep program priorities moving forward

  • Taking a consultative approach to understand stakeholder needs and recommend practical solutions
  • Working hands-on with meetings technology platforms, ideally Groupize
  • Training users, supporting adoption, and communicating clearly with stakeholders
  • Using data and reporting to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support business decisions
  • Balancing strategic improvement work with day-to-day program execution

You Might Also Have

  • Familiarity with meetings, travel, sourcing, and supplier management processes
  • Experience working with client-facing teams in a consultative or advisory role
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort reviewing multiple reports to provide meaningful business insights
