Position Title: Slot Supervisor
Position Summary: The Slot Supervisor is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.
In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:
Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time
Salary: Averaging over $16 an hour with tips (*tips are not guaranteed) - plus attendance incentive.
This position is paid hourly and will earn additional compensation from tips.

- Set up work schedules for lead slot attendants and slot attendants
- Staff development activities like training and organization of work
- Provide guidance on day-to-day tasks and activities of staff
- Handle constructive criticism, praise and performance evaluations for staff
- Communicate operational information to ensure that staff is well informed about procedures
- Other duties as assigned
