Job Description:

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical slot machines under the direction of the Lead Slot Technician.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Perform excellent customer service at all time.

Already posses the proficient use and knowledge of all slot and peripheral equipment attached to the slot gaming floor

Possesses thorough knowledge of moving mechanical parts of slot machines, electronics and electrical functions.

Perform maintenance and repair functions to electrical/electronics faults on slot equipment up to the printed circuit board level. Can demonstrate skills in diagnosing and repairing printed circuit board.

Research and diagnose slot equipment malfunctions

Perform immediate, periodic and overhaul maintenance on gaming machines, equipment, hardware and all peripheral attachments

Possesses the ability to read and use reason when viewing schematics and/or trouble shooting flow charts.

Demonstrates proficiency in the use of test metering devices as well as use of all slot test and troubleshooting equipment.

Knows and demonstrates a through working knowledge of all conversion processes, testing, key chipping, RAM clearing, software and hardware setups

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required. Electronics experience and/or degree required. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Slot Technician and pass the essential skills and knowledge testing.
