Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Service Coordinator: Responsible for all jackpot related duties. Works with Slot Machine Attendants to ensure jackpot forms are accurate and payouts are completed in a prompt and professional manner. Responsible for the organization of efficient guest service on the gaming floor and coordinating support from the Slot Attendants.

Ensures the organization's commitment to exceptional guest service is upheld at all times. Shift Manager: Overall management and responsibility for the day-to-day Slot Operations. Handles guest disputes, questions, and/or complaints to the best of ability.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

College credits in Accounting, Business Management, or related courses preferred. SKILLS: Must have good oral and written communication skills. (Test required) Must have the ability to type 30 wpm and input data accurately.

(Test required) EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years working with guest service experience. Minimum of two (2) years cash handling experience. Minimum of one (1) year experience using a personal computer and/or computer applications.

Minimum of six (6) months dual-rate supervisory, Slot Coordinator, and/or supervisory work experience. Prior experience working in the casino industry preferred. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must be able to work in a fast paced and stressful environment. Must be able to handle guest and team member disputes. Must be flexible to work all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino and the Quil Ceda Creek Casino.

Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. Must be available to work any shift to include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as job duties require. Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
