GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Slot Technicians are experts at working slot machines. While patrons collect their winnings, a slot technician assures that machines are running smoothly. Slot technicians not only work well with machines but must have strong people skills. According to the Occupational Information Network, a slot technician is also commonly known as a slot key person. Responsibilities/Duties
  • A technician verifies and pays off jackpots to casino patrons.
  • After a slot machine completes a payoff, slot technicians reset slot machines and refill machines with money or tickets.
  • When a machine malfunctions, technicians conduct minor repairs or adjustments.
  • When major repairs are necessary, slot technicians may remove the machine from the floor.
  • These workers also enforce safety rules and report any hazards.
  • Complies with internal control standards.
  • Maintains proper the documentation related to compliance with internal controls standards.
  • Reviews work orders to determine the tasks to be performed and the tools, parts and equipment required to complete assignments.
  • Participates, coordinates and completes installation, movement and removal of slot machines and related equipment projects as directed.
  • Ensures all slot machines are secure and work environment is safe and secure for all guests and team members.

Qualifications
  • Previous slot machine experience preferred.

Hours/Shifts
  • Due to our business demands, you must be able to work nights, weekends, special events, and holidays.
