Job description

The SLOT FLOOR PERSON is continuously walk the gaming floor to ensure all slot machines are operable, provide machine maintenance, answer player inquiries, recognize jackpots and conduct payouts.Monitors the performance of slot machines, activity and conditions of assigned area. Provides great guest service, initiates verifications and issues hand paid jackpots when necessary. Services slot machines for paper fills and bill validator jams. Responsible for all machine issues and guest service in assigned area.

Responds to and opens tilted slot machines to determine if maintenance is required.Completes minor maintenance on slot machines. Completes maintenance write-up for slot machines that require a slot technician. Completes the Attendant Card every time a slot machine is opened. Responds to slot machines with jackpots and determine if the jackpot is valid. Calculates jackpot amounts for jackpots not registering on the system. Prints jackpot tickets and process with appropriate signatures.
