ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform routine maintenance on slot machines
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines
  • Replace faulty parts and components as needed
  • Test machines to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
  • Communicate with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properly
  • Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons
  • Handle routine guest complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.

Other duties as assigned.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL EFFORTS:

  • The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.
  • This position will primarily be indoor under controlled temperatures.
  • Occasional exposure to outdoor climates
  • Occasional: standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent: sitting, with repetitive movement of arms, hands, and fingers.
  • Speech and Vision abilities are required.
  • Target Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour
Qualifications

Experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Gaming License (preferred)
Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written (preferred)
Must be able to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays (preferred)
Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably in Excel (preferred)
Must have 10-key experience (preferred)
Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components (preferred)
Must be 21 years of age or older (preferred)
Previous experience in troubleshooting and repairing slot machines, preferred. (preferred)
Bachelor's degree, preferred (preferred)
High School Diploma/GED, required (preferred)
