Job Description

Responsible for the overall direction, management, and performance of the Slot department. Manage and direct the activities of the slot department operations to maximize slot machine revenue. Ensures security of all slot department and company assets.

Oversee Slot Operations to ensure proper procedures are being followed in accordance with company policy.

Personally, and/or through delegated responsibility, supervise, hire, schedule, train, evaluate, coach, counsel, and terminate Slot Department personnel.

Evaluate and participate in the approval of customer credit.

Prepare departmental budgets.

Performs slot department performance analyses, operations analyses, and other related functions.

Remain abreast of all current and upcoming regulations, technologies, trends and practices. Make recommendations to senior management on same.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in gaming, with a concentration in slots, preferred.

Minimum of five (5) years of related management experience preferred.

Must have strong analytical skills.

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Performance of this job will take place in both an office setting as well as the casino floor. Jobholder will be exposed to certain casino-related environmental factors including but not limited to noise, second-hand smoke, and varied degrees of lighting.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
