Job description

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Slot Operations, the incumbent leads the technical, operational, and financial performance of Slot Operations at Foxwoods Resort Casino. This role drives revenue growth, ensures regulatory compliance, elevates guest satisfaction, and develops high-performing teams across all gaming experiences. The Director partners closely with finance, marketing, IT, compliance, and hospitality operations to deliver a cohesive, modern, and competitive gaming operation. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in an analytical and/or business oriented major (Accounting, Business, Auditing, or Finance) is required as well as minimum of (5) years of Slot Management experience with total of ten (10) years of overall gaming experience. Must have managed a slot operation of at least 2,000 games and $225 million in annual revenue. Experience with advanced slot systems technology such as Light & Wonder (SDS Preferred), IGT, Konami or Aristocrat required. Ability to effectively write and present detailed status reports for executive management. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios in order to prepare budgets, assess financial performance and to design cost-effective solutions. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
