Job Summary:

Two Kings Casino is searching for a Slot Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will use your skills to coordinate the day-to-day activity for the slot department. You will be responsible for coordination of scheduling, training activity, payroll, vendor registration, inventory management, recognition programs, and various other duties as assigned, while sharing your extensive slot operations knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Slot Department Team in all areas related to Slot Operations
  • Make recommendations for training and recognition programs.
  • Ensure timely completion of required documentation.
  • Encourage personal development amongst the slot team.
  • Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to and ensure the protection of assets and associates.
  • Ensure all slot operations adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct walkarounds to ensure all equipment is operational and in compliance with state gaming regulations.
  • Coordinate scheduling and arrange coverage to meet Slot Operations staffing needs.
  • Review and approve payroll, PTO, Scheduling Exchanges in accordance with team needs.
  • Provide the required reporting and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate the addition of new vendors as needed.
  • Inventory and order supplies as needed by the slot department.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of gaming supplies and equipment, forms, placing orders, as necessary.
  • Knowledge of Business Central Financing System, or like system, in order to create Purchase Requisitions for Purchase Orders and vendor processing procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to slots, providing prompt and courteous responses.
  • Various other duties as assigned.
  • Assist in development of training programs to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Slot Department
  • Preform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years previous related work experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years previous Casino Slot Department supervisory level experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets, graphics, routine database activity, and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications (team, excel, word, 365)
  • Strong knowledge of FinCEN Title 31, AML, BSA, OFAC standards as related to the Casino Industry.
  • Able and willing to work flexible work schedule.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming regulations is preferred.
  • Experience in inventory management a plus.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work an alternate schedule as needed.
  • Ability to work in a loud fast-paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to second-hand cigarette smoke).

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms; bend to open/use lower drawers or cabinetry; to talk, hear, and see. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
