Job Description
To oversee and monitor the functions of the technical aspects of the Slot Department.
  • Provides support to the Director of Slots and Slot Manager through system reports.
  • Oversees the slot technician function.
  • Creates, edits, and prepares slot system reports, interacting with the slot system including the development and testing of electronic gaming devices.
  • Investigates deviations noted in the monthly slot reports.
  • Coordinates moves and conversions.
  • Directs the training an assignment of the technicians.
  • Ensures that all duties are performed in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of Gaming Experience
  • Strong diagnostic, electronic and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of machine performance analysis.
