Responsibilities
  • Protect company assets and maintain a secure gaming environment

  • Monitor the operation and performance of assigned slot machines
  • Pay manual jackpots accurately and efficiently
  • Replenish ticket printer paper and ensure machines remain operational
  • Exchange currency for guests as requested

Qualifications
  • Must be 21+ to work in this position

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, or move up to 25 lbs as needed
  • Previous slot or casino experience preferred
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous slot, gaming, or guest service experience preferred
  • Must possess and maintain applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or license(s), if required
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
