Description
Monitors the performance of slot machines, activity and conditions of assigned area. Provides great guest service, initiates verifications and issues hand paid jackpots when necessary. Services slot machines for paper fills and bill validator jams. Responsible for all machine issues and guest service in assigned area.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Excellent cash handling abilities and customer service skills are required. Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit.
