Job Title - Marketing Specialist / Graphic Designer

Contractor: Remote Position

Pay: $30 per hour

We are looking for a graphic designer with experience in web and print based graphic design, social media management and website management . You will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. We are seeking a talented marketing specialist / graphic designer looking to use their unique skill sets for a diverse portfolio of companies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of visual materials including but not limited to:
  • Email design
  • Active Campaign design
  • PowerPoint design
  • WordPress design
  • Brochure design and print preparation
  • Social media design
• Write and edit copy for web and print
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that meet business goals.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Create marketing drip campaigns for obtaining new client prospects
• Analyze, track, and report on performance and execution of marketing campaigns to CEO
• Seek out and interpret key trends in marketing communications and email marketing, in order to drive necessary focus and innovation for business growth
• Implement campaign performance targets, and utilize data to communicate results and recommend areas of optimization of consumer and customer journeys
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into your work
• Utilize project tracking tools for communication with manager and for invoicing

Job Requirements and Skills Needed

• Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in graphic design
• We are looking for a superstar who has proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently but collaborate with a team as needed.
• Experience with video editing and animation software.
• Knowledge of web design and user experience principles.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Understanding of printing processes and production.

Job Details

• Dress Code: Business professional when at our office for on site meetings where applicable
• Contractor Rate of pay: $30 per hour / pay will increase demonstrated abilities and speed
• REMOTE POSITION - WORK FROM HOME
• Hours: 10-20 per week hours depending on projects
