Uchiko Houston is accepting resumes for hiring Sushi Chefs! In this role, you will serve as vital member of our team to enrich the culinary and service experience for our guests. We offer gainful employment (Sushi Chefs make $25-$30 per hour after training) as well as great opportunities to grow with the organization long-term!

What you'll do in this role:
- Interact with guests at the sushi bar; take orders, explain dishes, and cultivate an amazing experience for yourself and the guest
- Learn our various sushi stations and progress as your knowledge and skills grows
- Collaborate with our teams to create dishes that will be showcased on our specials page and core menu!
What we're looking for in a Sushi Chef candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of Sushi experience
- Teamwork, humility, and collaboration
- Positive attitude, solution-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Takes initiative and has a sense of urgency
- Commitment to continuous learning and sharing
