Job description

Well established and busy manufacturing facility seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to join our winning team at our brand new facility in East Mesa, AZ. This role will play an important part in driving ERP adoption, training, and process alignment across multiple departments and locations (specifically Epicor).

Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP user adoption and training initiatives.
  • Develop ERP documentation including SOPs, training guides, and workflow diagrams.
  • Facilitate ERP training sessions for cross-functional teams.
  • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve ERP processes.

Required Experience:
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Strong change management and user adoption experience.
  • Ability to train and support users across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
  • Experience creating training materials and process documentation.

Preferred:
  • ERP implementation experience.
  • Manufacturing or supply chain industry experience.
  • Multi-site ERP rollout exposure.
