Position: Traveling Maintenance Technician

Location: 4 Different Communities – Findlay and Lima, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with on-call hours as needed (servicing multiple locations)

Pay Rate: $20-23/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.

  • 1+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
  • Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
  • Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
  • Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
  • Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

  • Service locations in Findlay and Lima: Crystal Glen, Ridge View, Glenwood Village and Willow Lake
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
  • Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
  • Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
  • Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call (on-call as needed when filling-in, servicing multiple locations)
