Line Cooks & Expo Needed for Thriving Open Kitchen Burger Restaurant

We are an award-winning popular open kitchen burger concept looking to add reliable Line Cooks and an experienced Expo for our back-of-house team in our Dearborn, Michigan location. We plan to expand more stores in the Metro-Detroit area so we are looking for people that want to grow with us.

What are we seeking?
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as a line cook in high-volume fast food or fast-casual restaurant. Added plus if you have burger and frying experience
- Experience working in an open kitchen or food court – kitchen-facing environment
- Great attitude and friendly personality
- Team players
- Stability and tenure in previous jobs, (no job hoppers)
- Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Line Cook: follows recipes consistently, prepares food items for cooking, oven, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Responsible for the quality of products served. Knows and complies consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
Food Expo: this is a Fry position and one must be a strong communicator. Sets the pace and flow of the kitchen to ensure that all dishes are properly prepared and served at the correct temperatures.
