Job Description

We are a thriving fast casual thriving Mexican Street Food Concept seeking a FOH Restaurant Manager in New Brunswick, NJ to join our team! We are looking for a shining, energetic, rockstar that can be a brand ambassador while ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Whats in it for you:

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and manage FOH operations
Work in cohesion with the BOH Manager
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Inventory management
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years in a high-volume fast casual or quick service restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership, ownership mentality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Maturity to handle a new concept and adaptability to changing environments.
Ability to work at least 1 weekend day
Reliable transportation
