A high-volume fast-casual restaurant in Yonkers is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead team performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This role is responsible for managing both front-of-house operations and supporting back-of-house coordination to ensure smooth service, operational efficiency, and consistent quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong people management skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive results in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service across all shifts
  • Lead, coach, and develop FOH and support staff to maintain strong performance standards
