Job Description
General Manager needed for a FAST CASUAL family owned restaurant chain!
SALARY starting at $85k + benefits + 401k + Paid Time Off
Standard operating hours 11 a - 6 p
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including P&L, COGs, payroll, ordering & more
- Work alongside team to ensure quality, speed, safety and health standards are consistently met
- Build, develop & lead a dynamic & diverse team
- Foster a guest service focused culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years restaurant manager experience
- ServSafe certification
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Proven leadership & team-building ability
- Track record of driving sales & exceeding goals
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Suite & Google Suite
