Im working with a growing, mid-sized commercial general contractor, to find a strong Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Tempe, AZ.
This is a high-impact role where youll step into real ownership managing projects, leading teams, and helping drive growth within a company that truly values autonomy and leadership.
You will:
Oversee 1520+ commercial electrical projects at once
Manage full project lifecycle (budget, schedule, execution, closeout)
Lead field teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
Balance office coordination with on-site project execution
Own project financials, reporting, and overall performance
Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management experience
510 years in the electrical field (hands-on experience required)
Commercial construction background
Strong leadership + ability to manage people
Experience with Bluebeam & Microsoft Project
