The Opportunity Commercial Electrical Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical projects across South Florida. The Commercial Electrical Project Manager owns the project from pre construction through closeout and serves our field teams, office leadership, and general contractors by providing organized leadership, clear communication, and strong accountability.

This role is for a Commercial Electrical Project Manager who takes responsibility, runs clean projects, and sets the standard on every job.

What You Will Do Commercial Electrical Project Manager

  1. Lead commercial electrical projects from start to finish as the Commercial Electrical Project Manager

  2. Plan schedules, manpower, and material flow for commercial electrical projects

  3. Track budgets, forecasts, and job profitability as the Commercial Electrical Project Manager

  4. Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and inspectors

  5. Manage RFIs, submittals, and job documentation

  6. Support and guide superintendents and foremen in the field

  7. Maintain safety, quality, and schedule accountability

Ideal Commercial Electrical Project Manager
Ability to manage multiple projects or one large scale project
Task focused and able to create clear execution paths on job sites
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability
Clear and professional communicator
Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial construction workflow
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and project documentation systems
Strong attention to detail with budgets, labor, and material tracking
Keeps safety as a top priority
Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record
Minimum of five years commercial electrical project management experience

Exceptional Commercial Electrical Project Manager
Five or more years managing large scale commercial projects
Strong planner who can implement and drive project timelines

Base salary: $85,000 to $120,000
