Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Senior Electrical Project Manager for commercial electrical project leadership in the Rockville, Maryland area. This role is built for an experienced electrical professional with strong project management and field coordination capability.


Pay: $125,000-$145,000/year, based on experience

Location: Rockville, MD

Schedule: Full-time project leadership role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Lead commercial electrical project planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, and closeout activities

- Manage project communication with field teams, leadership, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

- Review drawings, scopes, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change information, and project documentation

- Support manpower planning, materials coordination, quality control, safety expectations, and production goals

- Identify project risks early and help drive practical solutions that protect schedule, quality, and profitability

- Maintain professional communication and accurate project reporting throughout the job lifecycle


Requirements:

- Journeyman electrician license required or equivalent verified electrical background where applicable

- Master electrician license preferred

- 5-10+ years of electrical project management, commercial electrical leadership, or related field/project experience

- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, drawings, project schedules, and field execution

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and lead teams professionally

- Reliable transportation to Rockville-area project locations
