Job description

As a Blue Prism Developer, you will lead Synch-Solutions into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. You will transform vital business needs into code and drive innovation. Your work will power Synch-Solutions and our clients’ ability to collaborate and integrate code into their enterprise systems.

This role is 100% remote and, due to the sensitivity of the public sector, only USA citizens are eligible currently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, operate, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots
  • Evaluate, test and load data from external sources (e.g., csv, xls, pdf)
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of SQL scripts and processes
  • Responsible for the creation of data models for new data sets
  • Translate the customer’s business requirements into Intelligent Automation/RPA solutions
  • Design, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios
  • Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automation
  • Provide technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plans
  • Assess automation opportunities from a Blue Prism development perspective and prioritize proposed solutions
  • Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities
  • Provide post-Go-Live support to Operations throughout stabilization phase

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT software development
  • Minimum of 3 years of RPA software experience, such as Blue Prism, UiPath and Automation Anywhere 360
  • Hands-on experience and demonstrated competency using Blue Prism’s suite of tools (i.e., Process Diagram, Process Studio, Object Studio, and Application Modeller)
  • Certified Automation Advanced RPA Professional or Certified Master RPA Professional
  • Adept at process assessments and understand applications of RPA in different business domains
  • Familiarity with cognitive, automation, and related emerging technologies and techniques
  • Proficient in Java
  • Competency and experience with significant and effective scaled deployments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the public sector with State-, County-, and City-level institutions
  • Consulting background
