POSITION SUMMARY:Assist the General Manager in the day to day operations of the store. Perform store functions including dispensing of eyewear, patient care, setting performance goals, and delivering financial performance. Under the direction of the General Manager, assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of the store team. Lead team in General Manager’s absence.
