Foodservice Base Lodge Manager

Interviewing responsible, friendly, energetic & courteous individuals to fill 2 seasonal foodservice manager positions with potential for year round employment for our upper and lower mountain foodservice baselodge facilities. Previous ski area or recreational foodservice restaurant and/or concessions experience required. Servsafe manager and VT State liquor certification required. Strong human resources skills in training and managing employees. Ability to communicate professionally with staff and guests. Job requirements include; Working with Assistant manager and supervisors to oversee all food and beverage sales in facility, monthly inventories, merchandising of food, training line staff, maintaining quality of product and service, maintaining proper cash handling procedures, interacting with guests and employees and problem solving. Weekend and holiday work required.
