JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of Circa Resort & Casino's VIP Service Team, you will provide exceptional Guest service and create unforgettable experiences for our most notable clientele. VIP Guests may include casino players, high net worth individuals, celebrities, and business associates of our organization.
VIP Service Representatives act as a liaison between our most valued Guests and our Casino Host Team, Executives, Officers, and Directors to deliver on the promise of providing each guest with The Time of their Life.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Greet VIP Guests with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor and provide an efficient check-in experience upon arrival.
  • Efficiently and accurately process room reservation, transportation, and amenity requests.
  • Assist Casino Hosts with VIP guest folio reviews upon departure to ensure seamless billing.
  • Organize and coordinate the provision of exclusive amenities and services for VIP guests, such as room preferences, welcome gifts, and personalized arrangements to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Establish professional rapport with all Casino Hosts to maintain inter-departmental synergies.
  • Build positive and lasting relationships with VIP Guests, ensuring their long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to include Casino Services, Front Desk, Club One, Sales, Entertainment, Executive and other departments to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Address concerns or issues raised by VIP Guests promptly, professionally, and effectively, engaging department management as necessary.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, respecting Guest privacy and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to strict appearance standards as appropriate for high level interactions with VIP Guests, Company Executives, and other high-level clientele.
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Responsible for being informed and up to date on relevant property events, casino offers and promotions.
  • Additional duties, temporary or permanent, as may be assigned by VIP Services Management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
  • Prior hotel operations experience to include Front Desk and VIP Service preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Oracle's Opera PMS desired.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned areas as well as constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
