Job description

As a VIP agent you will be responsible completing arrival and departure transactions for our VIP guests checking in/out of the hotel. VIP representatives assist in booking all dinner, show, entertainment, and any additional requests for our VIP's. Additionally, VIP agents are resources for all guest questions and are empowered to assist VIP's when resolving any guest concerns.  


 

With 2,500 beautifully designed guest rooms and suites showcasing some of the best views in town, Planet Hollywood encompasses more than 100,000 square-feet of gaming, several lounges, various restaurants including Gordon Ramsay BurGR.

NON-PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Proficient in a second language would be beneficial. 

  • Self starter with strong problem solving ability 


PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Ability to perform reaching, stooping and /or crouching motions repeatedly

  • Must be able to communicate verbally

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to lift 25lbs.

  • Process check-in and check-out transactions for VIP's

  • Assist VIP's with questions about the city and property

  • Assist VIP's with booking dinner, show, etc.

  • Assists with guest service recovery 

  • Maintains and Upbeat and Positive attitude at all times

  • Responsible for being apprized of current events in hotel to assist VIP's

  • Acts a liaison on behalf of the guest to expedite guest requests

  • Maintains a professional and courteous attitude towards all guests (internal and external)

  • Anticipating guests needs and guest expectations
