Job Summary
ServiceMaster is seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Carpenter to support our disaster restoration and reconstruction projects. This role is responsible for performing residential and commercial repairs following water, fire, and storm damage. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry and building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restoration environment.
Responsibilities
  • Perform general carpentry including wood framing, metal stud installation, Cabinet removal and set, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and minor finish work
  • Complete finish repairs and reconstruction following water, fire, or storm damage
  • Complete material work orders and communicate needs and work progress with project managers
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, based on homeowners' requirements
  • Assist with demolition, material handling, and other reconstruction tasks as needed
  • Ensure all work meets highest quality standards and building codes

Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred
  • Experience with residential and commercial remodeling or restoration is a plus
  • Ability to use industry hand and power tools correctly and safely
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in various job site conditions
