Job description

We are seeking motivated, reliable Framing Carpenters to join our growing team. Whether you have extensive experience or are just starting your career in construction, we will train you in professional wood framing practices while providing a strong, safety-first work environment.

This position offers hands-on learning, growth, and advancement opportunities—including crane operation, crew lead, and foreman roles for high performers.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with framing walls, floors, roofs, and structural components

  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry equipment

  • Measure, cut, and assemble lumber according to job specifications

  • Help set trusses, sheathing, and framing layouts

  • Follow directions from crew leads and foremen

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and productive job site

  • Support daily tasks as needed for smooth crew operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–5 years of framing or general construction experience (we will train)

  • Willingness to work hard, learn, and follow instructions

  • Strong work ethic and reliability—shows up ready to work

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
