Senior Technical Project Manager

Experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the start to finish management and oversight of any needed project to help stabilize and upgrade environments and processes in support of an RPA COE organization.

Responsibilities

This Project Manager will be involved in starting up or maintaining projects that are essential to an RPA COE. As part of a joint DevOps/Production Support group (Operations) Project will include initially and end to end application monitoring project, official documentation review and approvals, providing project status to rest of team and management, automation of currently manual processes, process for communication process. Scrum Master for one or more teams. Oversight of deliverable and standards from external vendors.

Required Qualification

-5+ years of experience working as a Technical Project Manager managing IT projects from start to finish.

-Experience working with Robotic Processing Automation tools (RPA) such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere

-Good understanding of Azure DevOps ADO. Including ability to Scrum Master

-Able to function as a Servant Leader.

-Experience supporting both dev and non-development projects

-Must be able to manage multiple projects with minimal interface from management

-Able to negotiate with team members and others as well as mediate conflict.

-Experience implementing and using Splunk for Application Monitoring

-Experience leading automation projects for the environment

-Experience overseeing documentation review and approvals

-Ability to delegate and track work to the proper team members.
