Structural Engineering Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a Structural Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience supporting structural design and analysis efforts while working closely with experienced engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers with structural calculations, analysis, and design tasks
  • Support development of drawings and models using Revit and other design software
  • Help prepare project documentation, reports, and calculations
  • Assist with researching applicable building codes and standards
  • Participate in site visits (as applicable) to observe construction progress
  • Support QA/QC efforts by checking work for completeness and accuracy
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Completed or working toward coursework in structural analysis and design
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, or analysis software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
