• Utilizing commercial kitchen equipment in the preparation of menu items

• Monitoring food at serving areas for fresh appearance and proper holding temperatures
• Assisting in serving food on the service line
• Washing dishes and utensils, as well as cleaning the food service area during and after service

• Pass a level 2 background check that will include fingerprinting
• Diligent with following food safety requirements
• Self-starter- Can-do attitude!
• Ability to read a recipe and follow measurement guidelines
• HS Diploma or GED
• Previous food service experience is strongly preferred.
• Team player with a positive and upbeat attitude
• Have a reliable form of transportation
• Basic computer skills- For Café Managers
• Willing to obtain food safety certification- A Plus if you have SERV Safe
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of 30-50lbs
