Job Description:

Please Confirm Must Have Skills (TOP 3 SKILLS) –Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power automate, Power apps.

The role encompasses comprehensive ownership of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions and related integrations:

• Design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions including Cases, Activities, Queues, SLAs, and ARC, Email Template management, PCF controls

• Build and maintain complex Power Automate flows for email-to-case, ARC logic, routing, and exception handling

• Manage and troubleshoot email integration (Exchange sync, mailbox configuration, correlation logic, disclaimer handling)

• Promote solutions safely across DEV → UAT → PROD, including hotfixes and rollback planning

• Participate in UAT readiness, go-live checklists, and post-deployment validation
