Job Description

We are seeking a Jewelry Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Enter and process customer orders using a computer.
Monitor and keep track of Inventory
Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in jewelry sales, knowledge of gemstones, retail sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly and well dressed individual
Job requires use of computer software, including Excel and Word

In 1986 we immigrated from Lebanon and James started with a simple jewelry repair shop in Chicopee, MA. In 1992 we setup our first retail location in East Longmeadow, MA where we still are located today, and then we relocated one of our stores
