Restaurant Manager

An Upscale, Fun Irish Pub/Restaurant, in a Premier location invites you to become a member of our professional management team.

Responsibilities:

Lead the restaurant with an entrepreneurial spirit.  “Do it now”, approach that reflects a sense of pride and ownership.

Maintain and support the Pub’s family business ambiance, professional image and high ethics.

Represent the Restaurant in the local and professional communities.

Front of the house responsibility. Floor management, guest satisfaction.

Day to day operation of the Restaurant, hands on team promoter, with emphasis on sales and higher quality service.

Guest relation management, public relations, and marketing experience.

Staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and labor cost control.

Familiarity and ability to utilize technology as it relates to restaurant operations and communication.

Microsoft office, word, excel, some graphic software.

Desirable Qualification:

Bachelor of science degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, from an accredited college.

3-5 years Management Experience of a high volume restaurant bar.
