Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily stand-ups with development teams to track progress, identify blockers, and drive issue resolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams and guide them toward achieving project goals and delivery commitments.
- Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, refine priorities, and align on expectations.
- Communicate complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics, project data, and outcomes to adjust timelines, strategies, and sprint plans.
- Own backlog refinement and prioritize product backlog based on business goals, user feedback, and market trends.
