About The Role

We're hiring an Events & Community Intern to support and execute some of Pickle's most high-impact IRL moments - starting with our marquee annual Pickle Fashion Show in NYC in June.

This role is highly executional and fast-paced. You'll be responsible for helping bring events to life end-to-end - from planning and coordination to on-the-ground execution.

You'll play a key role in shaping how Pickle shows up in the real world and interacts with our community.

Start date: early May (required)

Initial focus: Pickle Fashion Show (end of June)

Opportunity to continue through the summer supporting ongoing events and activations.

What You'll DoFashion Show Execution (Primary Focus)
  • Manage end-to-end production of Pickle's fashion show

  • Source and coordinate models, looks, and styling logistics

  • Manage runway production, timelines, and vendor coordination

  • Manage event setup, flow, and on-the-ground execution

  • Source and manage volunteers

  • Run day-of execution

Events & Community Activation

Beyond the fashion show, there may be opportunity to remain on the team through the summer and continue with event and community coordination.

  • Support execution of NYC events:

    • pop-ups

    • community activations

    • influencer events

  • Assist with vendor sourcing, logistics, setup, and coordination

  • Help create a seamless, high-energy experience for attendees

Event Systems & Operations
  • Help build systems to organize and scale event execution

  • Support tracking of event performance and logistics

  • Assist with planning workflows and documentation

Nice to Have
  • Experience planning events, activations, or fashion show productions (not required!)

  • Experience working in fashion, events, or hospitality

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Partiful, Google Sheets, etc.

  • Strong interest in fashion, creators, and community
