Job Description

To maintain company growth, our team is seeking experienced candidates with proven leadership capabilities to fill full-time front-of-house management positions at Pequod's Chicago location. Front-of-house managers will be responsible for supervising and coordinating staff and operations to ensure customers have an exceptional experience. Maintaining a balance between all departments and implementing the rules for the benefit of staff and customers is essential.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the working relationship between management and staff.
Ensure that company standards are being met and comply with state and federal regulations.
Work any and all stations, when needed.
Train and re-train employees when necessary.
Take direction from upper management to accurately complete projects as assigned.
Assume full responsibility for opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

Previous management experience is required preferably in a high-volume establishment.
Exceptional planning, troubleshooting, and conflict-management skills.
Excellent communication skills are necessary.
Flexibility in schedule including the ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations.
Servsafe Manager Certification
