Duties & Responsibilities

Under direction of the direct supervisor, will perform job duties, provide support and service in all software applications in accordance with established policies and procedures
Assist in the development and execution of a wide variety of deliverables including, but not limited to, print advertisements, logo development, web advertisements, infographics, presentations and social media content
Must be able to design sophisticated multi-layered graphics.
Must be able to keep up with contemporary design trends
Must exhibit the traits of a life-long learner; staying sharp and evolving with Design software as it continuously advances
Must exhibit leadership skills in the form of project management, team collaboration and
Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Ticketing, Merchandising, and Business Development as well as other departments to develop and execute designs based on the property's brands
Must be able to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment, respond quickly and calmly to client requests
Must be able to respond in a positive fashion to constructive criticism/critique and work well in a team-based setting.
Perform other related duties as deemed necessary or requested.

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

A. Degree in Graphic or New Media Design with at least 6-8 years' experience
Solid portfolio of professional-grade, high-caliber work, which exhibits a strong proficiency in modern Design principles, versatility and creativity
Proficient/Expert in print production methods as well as best practices for optimized digital asset delivery
Proficient/Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud Software , most critically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Proficient/Expert in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
General understanding of 3D Modeling in Graphic Design considered a plus, but not essential
Must be willing/available to work some non-traditional hours; including nights and weekends as demand dictates
