Per Diem NNP Needed for Expanding Level III in Gainesville, Florida!
Responsibilities
Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking an experienced, board certified Neonatal Hospitalist to provide per diem coverage at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice newborn care in a high-acuity environment with the autonomy, collaboration, and support you need to thrive.   • 8-hour daytime shifts-no deliveries, no overnight call
  • Daily responsibilities include newborn nursery rounding, supervising family medicine residents, and performing circumcisions
A Robust, High-Acuity Practice
  • 25-bed Level III NICU (ADC: 17)
  • 36-bed Newborn Nursery (ADC: 14)
  • ~3,500 annual deliveries
  • Care for all gestational ages (excluding surgical cases)
  • Advanced services include body cooling, oscillators, and a dedicated RN/RT-staffed regional transport team
Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Team
  • Work alongside experienced Neonatologists, NNPs, OB Hospitalists, MFM specialists, and telehealth subspecialists

Qualifications
  • Board Certification in Pediatrics Required with recent Neonatal experience
  • Active FL license or active IMLC letter of qualification required
