- Expected Pay Range: $75,000 - $99,000 + annual bonus

The Senior Manager is responsible for driving a best in class quality dining experience across several outlets while creating an environment for growing leaders to flourish and develop.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for financial performance of daily operations including cost of sales & labor, budget development and analysis of financial information.
- Be an active participant in an innovative team.
- Driving success of the overall Park City Mountain Dining mission and taking part in projects which move innovation forward.
- Empower, develop, appraise, and create the best atmosphere for employees to be and do their best.
- Accurately conduct and review daily reports and safe audits.
- Accurately schedule and review staff to budgeted labor.
- Responsible for Payroll exceptions, approvals, and labor distribution reports across a number of outlets.
- Manage inventory levels daily and participate in monthly inventory procedures.
- In conjunction with restaurant leadership team investigate and resolve guest complaints.
- Know and enforce local, state and federal regulations for the sale and distribution of alcohol.
- Operate business to established Mountain dining standards.
- Actively pursues GX (market research) targets and responds to trends.
- Costing/pricing of menus, development of new items, analysis of product and sales, inventory, ordering, working with maintenance dept. on projects and priorities, floor supervision during peak times, coordination with other departments to ensure a smooth operation.
- Responsible for hiring, retaining and training all food service personnel.
- Oversee ordering/receiving, cost transfers, variance reports and inventory control for all food, beverages, supplies, etc.
- Ensure that operation fully supports initiatives with corporate strategic partners by giving outstanding representation to their product.
Recruiting:
- Act as the first point of contact for new hires and assist all employees.
- Oversight of the hiring process for approximately 490 winter seasonal and 150 summer seasonal employees to include interviewing and possibly direct-hiring approximately half of those seasonal employees numbered above.
- Attend hiring fairs to recruit new employees, possibly internationally as well as domestically.
- Work with visa agencies for recruitment of international employees to include college interns. Oversight of the college intern program to include paperwork, trainings, evaluations and other requirements are met.
- Create new hire paperwork for all newly hired, rehired or transferring employees. Register employees for new employee orientation or paperwork sessions and other training as necessary prior to their first day of work.
- Maintain employee roster & housing roster for accuracy through the season in Microsoft Excel to include utilizing conditional formatting, filters and formula writing.
- Tracking of employee trainings/certifications, disciplinary reports, hiring status, payroll acknowledgement forms, etc.
- Assist with F&B new/returning employee orientations and other necessary trainings.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years restaurant experience required
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required
- Experience with Coupa purchasing software preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- English required
- TIPS certification required within 30 days of employment
- Serve Safe Food Protection Manager certification required within 30 days of employment
The expected pay range is $75,000 - $99,000 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
