HR M&A Due Diligence Lead

The Human Resources M&A Due Diligence Lead is responsible for people strategy and due diligence of corporate transactions, specifically merger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture arrangements in partnership with the business unit human resources business partner. S/he will serve as the leader for the HR function and be responsible for all aspects including but not limited to project management, people and systems strategy, compensation, benefits, and culture. In partnership with the HR integration lead, s/he will serve as the as the subject matter expert on all matters pertaining to people strategy in transactions. Additionally, s/he will lead the end-to-end implementation of key total rewards programs/projects as the need arises. This senior level individual contributor will work in a team environment as a key member of a broader M&A cross-functional team, which includes the business unit, corporate strategy, finance, accounting, legal, risk management, compliance, and IT teams, as well as with external partners.
