Job description

Job Summary:
The Pricing Analyst will support the pricing team by analyzing competitive data, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement, and managing new item pricing and retail service programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the pricing team to collect and analyze competitive pricing data at both distribution and retail levels.
• Identify patterns and trends in competitive positioning to support strategic pricing decisions.
• Manage retail pricing programs, including Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) compliance and retail pricing updates for dealer services.
• Support the implementation of pricing strategies and tools across internal systems.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including purchasing and IT to ensure alignment on pricing initiatives.

• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or nearing completion if part of an early graduation path).
• Proven success in an internship or similar role, ideally within a pricing, analytics, or retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and interest in continuous improvement.
