Job Summary:
Bartender Manager ensures the bar is running smoothly at all times by overseeing its day-to-day operations. It’s the Bar Manager’s responsibility to maintain a safe and fun environment for customers. Bar Managers maintain liquor licensing and ensure that staff is following local requirements and proper alcohol distribution regulations. Is in charge of hiring and training bar employees and building schedules to ensure there are enough people working at the bar during its peak hours.

Is in charge of hiring and training bar employees and building schedules to ensure there are enough people working at the bar during its peak hours.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains inventory.
- Advertise the daily, weekly, and monthly promotions of the bar.
- Performs opening and closing duties
- Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies.
- Prepares and serves cocktails and mocktails.
- Ensures the bar is well-stocked and clean.
- Maintains drink recipe documentation.
- Determines bar employees’ schedules.
- Appropriately delegates tasks to bar staff.
- Oversees planning for special bar events.
- Oversees staff, including bartenders and barbacks, and, in some cases wait staff as well.
- Tracks customer behavior and sales.
- Maintains budget and monitors costs.
- Manages compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
- Manages equipment maintenance.
- Uses point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as Head Bartender/Manager
- Great work ethic
- Able to adapt and work well under pressure.
- Great initiative skills.
- Physical ability to stand, bend and twist for extended periods of time.
