Role and Responsibilities

One Flew South is inspired by award winning chef Todd Richards. Chef Todd and JackMont hospitality are excited to take the successful award winning concept from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport to The Belt Line. This installment will delight the local palate with Southern and Japanese inspired cuisines with a focus on sushi. One Flew South will enhance the Krog Street District dining scene with an upscale dining menu along with craft cocktails and an exquisite wine menu.

The right candidates for this position must demonstrate an extensive service knowledge preferably in an upscale or fine dining setting. The ideal candidate should have had at least two years' previous experience, and be willing to adapt to our unique concept.

Has the ability to learn an extensive cocktail menu and spirits list.
Has a passion for food and beverage education.
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Has good time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Has an incredible personality to create memorable experiences.
